Filtering Experience Redesign – Quantive

How I turned a complex, frustrating enterprise filtering system into a dual-mode experience that both power users and casual users actually love. From deep user research and accessibility-driven design to stakeholder alignment and post-launch impact, this case study is a deep dive into solving real problems with empathy, strategy, and precision.

Building Accessibility Into the Heart of the Product

At Quantive, I led the creation of a full-scale accessibility program: establishing guidelines, training cross-functional teams, and embedding inclusive design practices into every stage of development. From zero ownership to measurable impact, I transformed accessibility from a checklist to a shared company value because great products should work for everyone.

Telerik REPL for Blazor

I led the UX design of Telerik REPL for Blazor—from concept to launch—crafting an intuitive, brand-aligned experience under tight deadlines. By combining deep user research with sharp interaction design, I built a tool that empowers devs to write, run, and share Blazor code right in the browser. Within the first three months, it became a high-traffic, high-impact product that enhanced documentation, boosted support efficiency, and earned the trust of both experienced engineers and beginners. This case is a testament to building from zero with empathy, clarity, and precision.

PivotGrid Redesign – Kendo UI

I redesigned Kendo UI’s PivotGrid to transform it from a cluttered, legacy-heavy component into a modern, intuitive data analysis tool. By streamlining the layout, removing redundant features, and aligning with familiar Excel-like patterns, I delivered a clean, flexible interface tailored to both power users and newcomers. The redesign simplified complex workflows, increased usability, and laid the groundwork for long-term scalability—all while keeping the data front and center.
